Program Overview

Our 30-credit online Master's in Physician Assistant Professional Studies (MPAPS) program provides quality graduate education to practicing PAs to help them further develop their professional skills and contribute to their field. All courses are online, making it convenient for PAs to earn their master's degree while working. An MPAPS degree will enable you to:

  • Teach at the college level
  • Conduct scholarly research
  • Publish your work and present at conferences
  • Prepare for administrative roles in healthcare organizations

Admission Requirements

  • Successful completion of an accredited PA program
  • Baccalaureate degree
  • Current NCCPA certification
  • Current PA license
  • Evidence of current employment as a PA (If not employed in Pennsylvania, state regulations may prohibit the awarding of academic credit for completion of clinical practice courses out-of-state. This will be reviewed and approved on an individual basis.)
  • Evidence of a supervising physician
  • GRE scores are not required
