BEGIN YOUR EXPEDITION with Marywood University!

Next year represents a major turning point in your life-your first year of college.  While you are busy preparing for the next chapter in your life story, the Marywood University Orientation Committee is eagerly awaiting your arrival and preparing a fantastic Orientation weekend.

 Orientation is a vital part of your college experience.  This July you will set foot on campus for the first time as a Marywood student.  There will be opportunities to meet other classmates in small groups and with your academic advisor, as well as to learn about campus services and activities.  Of course, there will also be a lot of time for FUN!

As you "Begin Your Expedition" with Marywood, you have the opportunity to dive into life as a college student.  This year's theme recognizes the adventures, both large and small, that Marywood offers you.  Your next four years at college are your "expedition" or "journey."  Marywood will equip you with the tools you need to prepare you for your future destination: the rest of your life.

• In this site you will find a tentative Student Schedule and a Family and Guest Schedule. Both schedules list all of the events occurring throughout the weekend. When you arrive at Orientation, you will receive a final schedule of the specific events you need to attend.

• If your intended academic major has changed, please notify the Admissions Office at (570) 348-6234 as soon as possible to assure that your schedule is correct.

• Highlighted in this site are the Marywood core values which emphasize the meaning and purpose of the mission of the University and the orientation program.
