Advanced Presentations
How can you make your PowerPoint presentation become much more than average? This workshop will teach you how to animate text and objects, dim bullets, use photos or pictures from the Internet as a full-page slide, bring in sound or video, create your own text boxes, insert hyperlinks, and make bars on charts move with a click of a mouse. All of these things are possible in PowerPoint and are surprisingly simple to do once you learn the technique. Be sure you know the basics before taking this workshop.
Basic Presentations
This workshop will enable you to grab and hold your audience’s attention and make your presentations come alive with PowerPoint. You will create the presentation by choosing an appropriate design for your audience and message, deciding on the most effective layout for each slide, entering text, inserting graphics and/or sounds, and adding transitions and animations. You will also learn how to navigate back and forth through each slide, change the view of the presentation, save the presentation, print the slides, and run the presentation.
