Manipulate Pictures, Clip Art, and Other Shapes
The Office Insert Ribbon includes many options for inserting pictures, drawings, clipart and other shapes into your document, no matter what application you are using. In this workshop we will insert a watermark and different types of graphics. The use of toolbars, the wrap text feature, how to group multiple objects to act as one object and how to embed a video from the web into PowerPoint will be taught.
Tips and Shortcuts
Are there certain commands and functions that you often repeat? Menus and buttons provide access, but often take time to reach for the mouse and look for the menu that you want. Learning tips and keyboard shortcuts can save a lot of precious time.
This class outlines and demonstrates many of the new features of Office 2010, particularly the revamped and streamlined user interface. General topics that can be applied across all Office applications will be discussed.
