Back Up Your Files
This workshop walks the user through each important step they need to perform to successfully back up their files on the network. The importance of this task, the types of files that should be backed up, and how often the backup needs to be performed, will be stressed. Also, tips for better file management will be shared with each participant.
Protect and Encrypt Your Files
Files and folders are more important than ever and in need of protection. In this workshop we will learn how to password protect through the Microsoft applications; recommend ways of storing that password, and learn how to create a strong password. We will also look at some encryption software for Windows that can be used to protect your files. After opening an encrypted file, we will also decrypt the file.
