Marywood University faculty may view advisee and other class-related information using the MarywoodYOU Portal. This includes student profiles, schedules and grades. Faculty may also view teaching schedules, class rosters and email all or some of their students, all in a matter of minutes!
The Communications Management feature of Colleague allows a user to create and print mailing labels. This session will walk the Colleague user through the creation of the label template/document (using the DOC form) and sending of the same (using the PCEX form). The recipient list will also be covered.

This session will walk the Colleague user through the creation of the email document (using the DOC form) and sending of the same (using the PCEX form). The recipient list will also be covered. Participants are required to have completed Core (basic) training and one or more additional specific sessions in their area.
The Student Application of Colleague consists of numerous reports that can assist Deans, Chairs and other academic staff with student advisement and program planning. These reports display faculty, student and course information. Criteria (such as semester, department, program, college, etc.) is entered to display desired results. The reports are commonly saved into a pdf format and can be printed and/or saved. This session will walk the participant through a few of these reports.
Administrative faculty (chairs, program directors) may view class rosters, advisee information, and other pertinant data using Colleague for the purpose of program planning or advising a non-major. This session walks the participant through looking up class rosters and student profiles, along with their schedules and grades. Other pertinent tasks such as releasing a student to register online, will also be covered.
Datatel Colleague is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution designed specifically for higher education. This session introduces the user to Colleague’s user interface (UI) and some common core demographic forms within the system. Topics covered include people and form searching, navigating the system to locate relevant forms, adding and using favorites, entering data on various types of form fields, and running built-in reports.
