User Support Services provides technology training to faculty, staff and students, including:

  • Hands-on workshops

  • A Help Desk service (340-6070) for reporting technical problems or asking software questions (you can also send an e-mail to

  • One-on-one training regarding specific aspects of our supported software that the workshops do not cover

  • Service to students utilizing computer labs.


Training facilities and a public Help Desk are located in the Library.
