Office of Information Technology

The Office of Information Technology understands the importance of how the appropriate use of technology will enhance the student's learning experience.  Our strategic goals are as follows:

1. Effectively utilize technology for instructional purposes
2. Empower the campus community in the use of technology resources in order to promote the process of learning
3. Enhance the technology resources on campus
4. Provide a robust and secure infrastructure that will meet the needs of a growing and diverse community

The Office is organized into three divisions: 

• Applications Services
  Provides programming support and training for the administrative computing systems, as well as ongoing technical support for administrators and staff

• Network and System Administration Services
  Concentrating on providing and maintaining the networks throughout campus, including the phone system

• User Support Services
  Provides centralized multi-campus support with a universal help desk, as well as technical support and training
