Would you like to learn the basics about an application such as Excel or PowerPoint? Or are you looking for step-by-step directions to perform a more specific task? Documentation (written completely in-house) for many of those things that you need can be found and printed here.
User Support workshops offer each participant relevant, timely, and expert instruction and hands-on practice in topics that will allow them to use technology as a tool to accomplish their specific department goals and objectives quicker, smoother and more successful than without the technology.
Workshops are provided free of charge to Marywood faculty, staff and students so they may become more proficient with the applications we support. These workshops are generally held in our training alcove (Room 309) in the Library. Workshops run approximately from 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Classes and instructional materials are designed and delivered completely in-house. Please call or email to reserve your seat. Any of these workshops can be presented to specific groups and departments.
