Admissions Information Request

This form is used by prospective students to request information about the available programs at Marywood University for all levels of education (Undergraduate, Graduate, Doctoral).

This form is used by prospective students to apply for admission for all levels of education (Undergraduate, Graduate, Doctoral).

Employee Information System Login

This application is used by employees to access their personal information at Marywood University. An employee ID number and PIN number are required. Available information includes

Benefit time information such as vacation time, sick time, jury duty, short term disability bank time and excused absences. Time displayed for each includes days allowed, days used, and balance of days left for a selected fiscal year.

Flex Benefit Enrollment Selections such as hospitalization, dental, insurance plans medical and/or dependent care spending accounts. Spending account informations includes tax deferred contributions, approved withdrawals and balance of accounts.

Personal information such a address, employee status (FT/PT), fiscal and anniversary years of service, department and much more.

Payroll information by pay period with deduction detail and a printable Advice-of-Credit. Year to Date earnings, taxes, and deduction history. Also included is a printable page of deductions for a tax year.

Personal Tuition Benefit information such a employee, spouse, and dependent eligibilty status.

iSeries Access for the Web (Administrative Computing)

This application is used by administrative system users to log on remotely and securely to the Administrative Computing system. iSeries Access for the web is an IBM supplied product with full support for 5250 emulation.

Online Registration

This application is used by students to register for classes for a given semester.

Schedule of Classes

This application is used by students to view scheduled course information for a selected semester and department. Information includes course number, department, catalog, section number, course title, credits, course level, scheduled time, bulding and room, instructor, capacity, text book, ISBN number and available seats.

Student Information System Login

This application is used by students to access their personal information at Marywood University. A student ID number and PIN number are required. Available information includes

Co-Curricular data such as academic honor societies, school clubs and activities, and community volunteer efforts.

Curriculum Guide information that a includes curriculum guide for goals at Marywood, GPA summary, Course detail (transcript), and Degree Audit. Note, not all goals are certified for Degree Audit. As they are certified by the Office of Academic Records audits are made available on the web.

Dining Services information which includes meal plans and/or Pacer points. Students also have the option to purchase meal plans and/or Pacer points.

Financial Aid information such as loans and/or grant award amounts and status.

Goals sought, a history of primary and secondary goals attempted, completed, and changed.

Grade Point Average information for both semester and cummulative that includes Credits Attempted, Credits Earned, Quality Points, GPA, Total Credits.

Parking information which includes parking guidlines, sticker numbers, and parking fines issued. Students also have the option to purchase a parking sticker or pay parking fines issued.
