Please submit your idea for your service learning requirement here and someone from the department will contact you to get you know that it is approved. Please allow up to one week for your request to be approved.

Please note: the completion form that you submit MUST match the request that you submitted and received approval for. For example if you submit to volunteer at the soup kitchen, your completion form must show that you completed hours at the soup kitchen.

THIS FORM WILL BE TURNED OFF ON April 29th AND NO FURTHER REQUESTS WILL BE APPROVED.
