Lizah Ismail Publishes Article in Academic Library Journal

The academic library journal, Reference Services Review, will publish the article, "What Net Generation Students Really Want: Determining Library Help-seeking Preferences of Undergraduates" by Lizah Ismail, Assistant Professor, Library Services. Ms. Ismail will also present her work on the Net Generation as part of a panel presentation at the American Library Association Annual Conference in D.C. in June 2010. In addition, Ms. Ismail will be presenting her research, "Revelations of an Off-Campus User Group: Library Use and Needs of Faculty and Students in a Satellite Graduate Social Work Program" at the 14th Annual Off-campus Library Services Conference in Cleveland, Ohio in April 2010. This work will also be published in the Journal of Library Administration.
