Senior Education Majors Present "Reflections on the Benefits of Service Learning" at the Pennsylvania Council for Exceptional Children


Emily Levine, Andrea Gross, Jessica Wilds, and Ashley Boyd; all senior duel Special and Elementary Education majors where accepted to present "Reflections on the Benefits of Service Learning" at the  Pennsylvania Council for Exceptional Children in November. "Reflections on the Benefits of Service Learning" was based on their experience in the community. The presentation defined service learning and explained how it can enhance collegiate learning. In addition, the presentation story examples. The digital stories served as a culminating reflection of the service learning in completion of class requirements.
