English As A Second Language Dept. in Need of Volunteers to Babysit Children While Their Parents are Being Tutored
Sat, April 14, 2012The ESL (English as a Second Language Program) are in need of volunteers to watch up to 4 children while their parents are being tutored at Valley View Apartments, starting immediately through May. Volunteers must have their ACT 151 Child Abuse Clearance. Volunteers are needed on Tuesday and Thursday, 10 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.. Wed, April 11, 2012On Friday, April 13, Marywood will present "A Musical Collage," featuring performances by the jazz ensemble, campus choir, and orchestra. The concert is free and open to the public.
Mon, April 02, 2012Students who may want to earn some community service can help move books and/or set up or sell books at the Abington Community Library Book Sale at the Clarks Summit Methodist Church on the Morgan Highway. Volunteers are needed Friday afternoon through very early evening April 13th and/or help on Saturday, April 14th morning or afternoon.
