Tue, November 03, 2009Marywood University will exhibit Art Faculty Biennial on November 7- December 11 in the Mahady Gallery, Shields Center for Visual Arts. The opening reception will be held on Saturday, November 7, from 6-8 p.m., with a gallery talk on Sunday, November 8, at 2 p.m. The gallery talk will provide students and the community an opportunity to meet members of the art faculty and hear them speak about their work, describing both the technical aspects of their creative processes and the ideas that inspire their art. All events are free and open to the public.

Wed, October 28, 2009Andrea Novack, Clinic Director in the Communication Sciences and Disorders department has presented Dysphagia - Diagnosis and Treatment at the Nutritional Support Workshop sponsored by the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics. In addition, she presented Speech-Language-Hearing Development at the Family Place Workshop, where children (up to 3 years old) and parents have the opportunity to receive information in the development and care of their children.
