December 02, 2010 Ann and David Hawk, long time supporters of Marywood University, were celebrated for their generosity to the University and the community by having the gallery space in the new Center for Architectural Studies named in their honor.
Marywood University's Art Department presents the Masters Exhibition by two Master of Arts in Art Education students, Kimberly Borsuk and Jennifer Piconi. The exhibit opens with a reception on Saturday, Decemeber 5 from 5 - 7 p.m. It will be displayed through December 17, in the Suraci Gallery, Shields Center for Visual Arts.

Race to Nowhere is part of a nationwide movement of community screenings that use the film as the centerpiece for a growing national dialogue on the dangers and pitfalls of education's current "race to nowhere" mentality and ignite a call for change.
