Marywood University to Host Focus Festival- April 21Tue, April 20, 2010 Marywood University's Attention Disorders Clinic will host its first Focus Festival on Wednesday, April 21 from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. in the Latour Room, Nazereth Center. The Focus Festival will increase student awareness of the factors that enhance and impair attention and concentration. Students will compete in a variety of attention and memory challenges, as well as learn about web sites that can improve attention, concentration, and working memory. Students also have the opportunity to play games that actually move objects based on "brain activity." |

TODAY: Groundbreakings for New Aquatics Center and Woodland Residence HallsFri, April 16, 2010 Marywood University will hold two groundbreakings today; the new Aquatics Center and Woodland Residence Halls. The new Aquatics Center will be next to the Mellow Center for Athletics and Wellness at 11:30a.m. The Woodland Residence Halls will be next to the baseball field and will begin at 1:30p.m. They are both scheduled to open in Fall 2010. |
