Psychological Services Center Offers Free Depression Screenings - October 7
Thu, September 16, 2010Marywood University will offer a free, anonymous, and brief depression screening at the Psychological Services Center on October 7 from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. The confidential screening involves a private meeting with a mental health professional and a referral if necessary. Nothing to Hide Program Set to Raise Awareness on Mental Health Issues- Oct. 6
Thu, September 16, 2010Marywood University's Counseling/Student Development Center and Peers on Wellness will host the ninth annual Nothing to Hide program on Wednesday, October 6, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. in the Fireplace Lounge, Nazareth Student Center. The program is in response to the tremendous need for education and awareness on mental health issues.
Multiple Perspectives: The Ceramic Sculptures of Anne Currier Exhibit
Wed, September 15, 2010Marywood University presents the exhibition, Multiple Perspectives: The Ceramic Sculptures of Anne Currier today through October 10 in the Suraci Gallery, Shields Center for Visual Arts. A "Meet the Artist" reception will be held on October 8 from 6:30 -8 p.m. The exhibit is offered in conjunction with a workshop on October 9, Multiple Perspectives: A Day with Anne Currier, in the Clay Studio, Insalaco Center for Studio Arts.

Tue, September 14, 2010Marywood University exhibits The Maslow Collection: Context and Content Collecting in the 80s and early 90s today through October 3 in the Mahady Gallery and Maslow Study Gallery for Contemporary Art, Shields Center for Visual Arts. The exhibit will also be on display at Sordoni Gallery, Wilkes University. The concurrent exhibitions share a common theme of collections from the early 80s and early 90s.
