17th Hall of Fame Class
Two former Marywood University men's basketball players and a former women's soccer star were inducted as the 17thclass of honorees into Marywood University's prestigious Athletics Hall of Fame on Saturday, February 2, 2013, on the University's campus. Lindsay (Pappas) Pagniucci ’03, Doug Billet ’03, and Harold Shaw ’01 were selected for induction by the University's Hall of Fame Committee.
Lindsay (Pappas) Pagniucci ’03 established nearly every offensive record during her four-year career on the women's soccer team.
Doug Billet ’03 was a four-year starter for the men's basketball program, named to the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference's All-Conference Second Team for both the 2001-2002 and 2002-2003 seasons, and was an Honorable Mention selection in the 2000-2001 season.
Harold Shaw ’01 became the first Marywood men's basketball player to earn an All-Conference honor when he was named to the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference's Second Team for the 1999-2000 season. Along with Billet, he guided the Pacers to their first ever post-season appearance in the 1999-2000 season PAC playoffs.
