How do I add buttons to the Quick Access Toolbar at the top of the screen?

I was sent a file created in Office 2007 but cannot open it because I am still using Office 2003.

I am using Word 2007 but need to save a file in the Word 2003 version.

 

How do I add buttons to the Quick Access Toolbar at the top of the screen?

Right-click on any button and then left-click on Add to Quick Access Toolbar.

Download a converter so you can open these files.  Simply click download and following the prompts/steps.

 

I am using Word 2007 but need to save a file in the Word 2003 version.

1. Click on the Office button.
2. Point to Save As.
3. Click on Word 97-2003 Document.
