Where do I get a card to use in the Go Print stations so I can print on campus?

Go to the bottom floor of the Learning Resources Center (Library). In the vending area, you can buy a card so you can print or use the copiers on campus.

My monitor won't turn on.

1. Locate the power button on the monitor.  When on, it is green.  If there is no light on, press the power button.
2. If the monitor is still displaying nothing but "black," reach around and make sure the wires are securely pushed in.
3. If it still doesn't turn on, power down (turn off) the PC.  To do this hold the power button on the TOWER in for approximately 5 seconds.
4. Wait about 10 seconds and turn the PC (tower) back on. 
5. If the monitor still doesn't turn on (the light is yellow next to the power button), please report the problem to the Help Desk.
