Help Desk - Internet Connection Problem Form

Before sending the form, troubleshoot first with these steps:

  • If using Ethernet connection, make sure you are plugging into a jack labeled with a D (for data).
  • If using Ethernet connection, make sure the wireless on your computer is turned off.
  • Use the correct Dorm Security Code.
  • Clear your cache and cookies.
  • Reboot your computer.
  • Try different browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, ...)
