The use of a room is not guaranteed unless a signed confirmation is received from an authorized representative of Marywood University. A signature on this request form signifies that the "Policies and Procedures for the Use of Campus Facilities" brochure was referred to and understood. The University is not responsible for conflicts resulting from failure to comply with this procedure.
