Marywood awards grants based on financial need as determined by information found on the FAFSA. They may be adjusted annually based on a student's/family's financial situation. Grants do not have to be repaid.
Eligibility for federal and state grants is determined by your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You will be automatically considered for grants when you submit your FAFSA. Grants do not have to be repaid.
Pell Grants are awarded by the federal government to help you pay for your education. Eligibility is based upon an analysis of your family income according to an eligibility formula of the federal government. As of July 1, 2012, Pell Grants are limited to 12 semesters of attendance in any configuration of post-secondary education experiences. This applies retroactively to all current students.
The FSEOG program is a federal grant for undergraduates who qualify for a Pell Grant awarded at the highest level because of exceptional financial need. Grants do not have to be repaid.
