1. View the Swartz Room Reservation Calendar to check availability

2. Fill out and submit the room reservation form.

3. A confirmation will be sent to your email when the reservation has been completed.

Dining: If Dining is required contact Chartwells

Setup: A work request must be submitted to physical plant for your set up.

A confirmation of your reservation will be sent to your e-mail when processed.
