A range of attractive residence housing facility options are available for summer conference guests. All housing facilities are available for conference attendees, from late May through August 1st. Please contact the Office of Conference & Event Services to determine availability.
Madonna Hall is the most recently renovated residence facility on campus. Accommodating up to 230 guests, Madonna Hall is a three-story state-of-the-art facility with singles, doubles, and suite-style quads (with living room) and semi-private baths. There are lounges with media access on every floor, a 25-seat tiered movie theatre on the second floor, and a large kitchen on the top floor accommodating groups of up to 25 persons.
Loughran Hall is among the most recent additions to the University's growing list of residence facilities. This state-of-the-art facility can accommodate 321 guests in suite-style rooms with adjoining semi-private bathrooms. Loughran Hall has meeting rooms on each floor, a 24-hour computer lab, TV lounges, laundry facilities, and vending services on each floor.
Immaculata Hall is a traditional residence hall with 42 single rooms, with a common, shared bathroom on each floor. Kitchens and lounges are also available for guest use.
Regina Hall is a recently-renovated, traditional residence hall with new sprinkler, heating, and in-room, privately-controlled air conditioning systems. The majority of the rooms are suite style with adjoining semi-private bathroom. Each floor has a lounge. The second floor lounge is large enough for group meetings. Regina Hall accommodates up to 165 guests and includes a TV lounge and a computer lab.
Emmanuel Hall is a single-story building in the heart of campus that can accommodate 21 guests. The rooms are configured in a suite layout with private bathrooms, three lounges, and a kitchen.
Apartments and Traditional Homes On The Campus Perimeter
Woodland Townhouse Apartments, on the north perimeter of campus, are fully-furnished apartments accommodating 4 and/or 5 guests per apartment in 2 or 3 bedrooms. Each apartment includes a kitchen, living room and 1 ½ to 2 bathrooms.
Bethany Hall, accommodating up to 14 guests, is an attractive two-story home in a tree-lined neighborhood near the ceremonial entrance to the campus. The rooms are configured in double and single occupancy with shared bathroom facilities. Additional lounge space, laundry facilities and kitchenette are featured.
McCarty Hall is a traditional brick home at the College Street entrance to campus, accommodating up to 11 guests. Some rooms have private adjoining baths, while other baths are shared common facilities. A kitchen and spacious lounge are also available.
Perpetual Hall is a traditional home along College Street, accommodating up to 17 guests. Rooms are designed for double occupancy with one single room available. A kitchen, lounge, and laundry services are available.
