You are invited to a live demonstration of our optional Instant Enrollment WebAdvisor workflow, which can support your Continuing Education (CE) efforts on campus. Instant Enrollment contains the ability to view only CE courses on campus. It also can process a credit card at the time of registration through Datatel's E-Commerce solution so only paid registrations are accepted.

Join us for a look at the optional WebAdvisor Time Card Entry and Approval screens. This Web transaction supports time entry for Schedule Positive (hours defaulting into the timecard), Positive Hours (no defaulted work schedule) and Time In/Time Out (often used for student and part-time employees who must clock in and out).

This product allows data that has been entered directly by employees and approved by supervisors to flow right into the normal payroll staff processing cycle while maintaining payroll staff final data control. We'll do a live demonstration of the actual Time Entry WebAdvisor transactions under several scenarios and show you the parameter set-up options.

Simplifying Employee Access - Web Requisitions and Purchase Orders
Two new optional WebAdvisor transactions in the Datatel Colleague Finance system are Web Requisitions and Web Purchase Orders. Come see how these transactions work as they are distributed to your end-users on campus.

Our beta clients will tell you that the Requisition and Purchase Order inquiry screens alone are worth it! Now you can avoid the phone calls with the question, "What is the status of my PO (or requisition)?" by referring end-users to current transactions, which include a vendor look-up.
