Login to Datatel Colleague Sites

Datatel Client Web Site

View online demos, dowload helpful Colleague documentation, and/or join a Datatel users group by visiting Datatel's client website. 

However, you must register and create your login information before you begin.

Only Marywood faculty, staff and administrators with valid Marywood email accounts may register.  Registering requires approval from the ERP project team. After approval you will receive a conformation email. If you experience any extended approval delays, contact John Porter at porter@marywood.edu.

NOTE:  When registering, you MUST use the "@marywood.edu" domain in your email address. Also, the Marywood Datatel institution code is M54.

Datatel Colleague Training Site

After visiting the Datatel Client Web Site and viewing all related information in your area, you are ready for hands-on training.

First, attend the workshop "Using Colleague (Core Training)." You will be given a User ID and Password to enter the Colleague Training Site.  You may also need to attend additional workshops in your specific area.

Second, practice in the training environment before moving on to the Test site.  You can access the training site from any PC signed on to the MIS Domain.

NOTE: During Phase I of the implementation, off campus access is prohibited.

Things to remember:

1. Internet Explorer or Firefox (Version 3.6 or lower) works best.
2. Disable all pop-ups in your browser.
3. A current User ID and Password must be used to enter the site.
