Description of Duties

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answer phones and provide basic technical support to Marywood Administrators, Faculty, Staff, and Students. (Training is provided).
  • Create and monitor tickets using our Web Help Desk software.
  • Add paper and change toner cartridges as needed for GoPrint stations.
