Education Department: Communication 7-12 Certification

Are you a savvy speaker? Are you interested in theatre? Have you ever thought about sharing this skill and interest with others?

If so, consider Marywood's secondary education certification program in communication arts. You can choose to concentrate in Theatre or Non-Print Media (Digital Media and Broadcasting), but you will also be certified to teach English, theatre, speech, journalism and non-print media in grades 7-12.

When you think of the experiences high school students remember most, it's often their team-oriented projects. With this certification, you will have the opportunity to teach students skills with practical applications and immediate results.
