What’s New

Sympodium Trainings--Interested in using the sympodiums around campus but unsure of just how to operate them?  Want to know the wonderful new tools that are at your fingertips with the sympodiums?  This is perfect for you.

Electronic Resources Trainings--Want to cut down on copy and distribution time for you course materials? Do your students submit journals?  Would you like to have your course materials available for you and your students, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?  WebCT as a supplement to your traditional course may be the answer.

Access to ‘Online Classroom’ -- This is an excellent source for those using or thinking of using WebCT.

Marywood University continually recognizes the need to make education accessible for everyone. Through various academic departments and the Distance Education & e-Learning Office, Marywood enables students, whose schedules do not allow for traditional on campus programs, to continue their studies through a variety of distance learning formats.

Working with Instructional Technology Services we provide support services for Interactive Videoconferencing and WebCT (online) course development. These services include, but are not limited to, site certification, site location, camera operation, WebCT training, assistance with epack course materials, Power Point presentations, equipment training, and video streaming, lessons on cds, and more!

The Office of Distance Education & e-Learning is located in the Learning Resources Center, in the heart of the University's campus.

We hope you find our site helpful.
