Special Education Faculty
You'll find the faculty members in the Special Education program at Marywood University to be professional and supportive. They have experience in both general and special education classrooms, as well as in a variety of service agencies. They will work closely with you to prepare you to be a competent, responsible teacher and advocate for persons with disabilities.
Faculty who teach the special education classes advise you on course selection, supervise your field and teaching experiences, help you choose sites for practical experience, support your research efforts, and still find time to keep up with the field through their own research.
