

The Nutrition and Dietetics faculty's goal is to integrate the theories, practices and skills of nutrition and exercise science and bring them to bear on the challenges that both athletes and non-athletes face in choosing diet and exercise regimens that will maintain optimum health and maximize performance as well as the challenges of choosing appropriate diet and exercise patterns to minimize the chance of developing chronic diseases.
