Education
Dr. Borja received her bachelors degree cum laude in Food and Nutrition from College Misericordia, Dallas, Pennsylvania and her master's degree in Human Nutrition and Food from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York. She received her Ed.D. from Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in Science Education with a concentration in Nutrition. Dr. Borja has also done additional graduate work at New York University, Marywood University, Syracuse University, and Pennsylvania State University.
