Put your skills to work on the job. Our internship opportunities will give you the hands-on experience that puts theory into practice. Interns edit newsletters, create educational programs, write grants and articles, and participate in marketing and publicity campaigns. Others work for lawyers, libraries, and politicians. The English Department can arrange internships at publications, corporations, and non-profit organizations. Just ask! Students have recently served as interns for the Lackawanna Historical Society, NFL Films, the National Park Service, the Robert Dale Chorale, the journal Pennsylvania Reads, Marywood's Public Relations Office, and Reading is Fundamental.
