FACILITIES Our department is located in the McGowan Center on the Marywood University Campus. This is a new facility as it was built in 1998. We occupy a section of this building with our office space and the Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic. The students within the major have their own clinical preparation room, and the graduate students have a space for private cubbies within the clinic area for personal and clinic belongings. The McGowan Center has state of the art audio/video systems in each of the classrooms to assist in the learning process. Also, the McGowan Center contains four computer laboratories that students have access to for the majority of their time spent in the building, with up to date programs and clinical forms that have been installed. Within the McGowan Center is the Atrium Cafe, which is a nice option for those of us who may be in a rush and need to have lunch, or a snack.
