The “Celebrate Your Body Wellness Fair” is an interactive program used to promote positive body image, fitness and personal health. There are informational booths on personal health care; nutrition; osteoporosis; the Red Dress Campaign for Heart Healthy Snacks; physical fitness; positive body image; facials; manicures; massages; colon cancer surveys; blood pressure screenings; lung function screening; as well as eating attitude screenings. This program provides plenty of healthy free food, great giveaways, and lots of helpful information on wellness!

Athletic Competitions with Athletic Trainer Jeff Jones
Facials by Mary Kay cosmetics consultant
Dietetic Association Students to offer advice about food portions and making healthy choices around food
Manicures with Empire Beauty School students
Psycholgy Department students on Exercise and Emotional Health
Physician Assistant students who will provide blood pressure checks and colon cancer information
Student Health Services with Director Linda McDade & April Rudat presenting handouts on general wellness and healthy eating
Peers on Wellness with information on body size acceptance and "I Feel Comfortable in my Genes" t-shirt sale
Chartwell's to answer questions and provide nutritious snacks with recipes
Counseling/Student Development Center offering eating attitude screenings and stress balls
Athletic Training Students with physical fitness tips
Active Minds and Body Peace Group
Wellness materials from the Library
American Lung Association
Student Activities with popcorn machine
Scranton Running Company with tips on running shoes
Chiropractor Dr. Czolada offering back alignment assessments
Lackawanna Heritage Valley providing information about local walking, biking, and hiking trails
