ASHA Research Presentations

CSD Graduate Student Matthew DeVivo and Dr. Bruce Wisenburn presented a research poster at the American Speech-Language Hearing Association Convention in Chicago, IL, in November 2013.  Their poster was, "Systematic Review of Single-Subject Agrammatism Studies," concerning the efficacy of various treatments for agrammatism due to aphasia. Students Michelle Gianesses, Lauren Olsen, Marissa Pulcini, and Kathryn Sullivan were also co-authors for this study."

 

CSD Graduate Student Megan Nastelli and Dr. Bruce Wisenburn presented a research poster at the American Speech-Language Hearing Association Convention in Chicago, IL in November, 2013. Their poster was, "Meta-Analysis of Agrammatism Therapies for Target Goals," concerning the efficacy of various therapies for specific characteristics related to agrammatism due to aphasia. Dr. Edward Crawley of the Psychology & Counseling Department was also a co-author for this study
