    11/05/02 - Revised description approved by the President of the University
    01/27/05 - The President of the University added the Executive Director of Marketing Communications to the membership. The title of the position of Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs was changed to Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management.
    07/08/05 - Title changed from Assistant to the President for Planning and Research to Chief Planning and Research Officer
    07/03/06 - Director of Institutional Research and Assessment was added to the membership in place of Chief Planning Office.
    06/30/07 - Chief Planning Officer returned to the membership in place of the Director of Institutional Research and Assessment
    03/01/08 - Title changed from Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management to Vice President for Enrollment Management
    05/06/08 - Title changed to Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs
    10/13/10 - The President of the University deleted the positions of Chief Planning Officer and the Assistant Vice President for Development and added the positions of Director of Institutional Research and Assessment and Secretary of the University and General Counsel. The title of Executive Director of Marketing Communications was changed to Assistant Vice President for Marketing and Communications

    05/23/12 - Title changed from Director of Institutional Research and Assessment to Director of Planning and Institutional Research

    08/01/14 - Membership revised to include addition of the position of Associate Vice President for Planning and Institutional Effectiveness; removal of the position of Director of Planning and Institutional Research; removal of the position of Vice President for Enrollment Management; title changed from Vice President for Student Life to Vice President for Enrollment Services and Student Success

    08/01/20 – Revised membership changing the title of Vice President for Business Affairs to Interim Vice President for Financial Affairs and Treasurer and Interim Vice President of Operations; adding the title of Senior Vice President for Mission Services as approved by the President of the University

    09/08/21 – The following titles were changed to reflect the New Organization Structure outlined in the President’s Memo dated May 26, 2021 and approved by the President’s Office:  Vice President for Financial Affairs and Treasurer to Vice President for Finance and Administration; Interim Vice President of Operations to Vice President of Operations; Vice President for Enrollment Services and Student Success to Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Services.  Also, the Document Requirements Section was added to all University Standing Committee Descriptions.
