The Department of Nutrition, Athletic Training, and Exercise Science houses several accredited undergraduate programs. The Department also houses M.S. degrees in Nutrition as well as Sports Nutrition and Exercise Science.

The Department of Nutrition, Athletic Training, and Exercise Science houses several accredited undergraduate programs (Didactic Programs in Dietetics that pave the way to the Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist credential; CAATE Program in Athletic Training which leads to the Athletic Trainer Certified credential, as well as non-accredited undergraduate programs [Exercise Science, and Nutrition and Wellness]). The Department also houses M.S. degrees in Nutrition as well as Sports Nutrition and Exercise Science.

The Department facilities include a metabolic kitchen used for all food laboratories, research studies and community programs, as well as a Human Performance Laboratory, which is used for research studies, courses and laboratories. The Center for Athletics and Wellness also houses an athletic training lab, fitness center, indoor  track and aquatics center.
