Flood Relief

Campus Ministry is coordinating a campus-wide effort to aid victims of the recent flooding in our area, with first preference being given to Marywood students, faculty, and staff.

Make a Monetary Donation

Marywood has established a flood relief fund to assist affected students, faculty, and staff. Monetary donations are being accepted in Campus Ministry (Swartz Center, Room 137) and Human Resources (Liberal Arts Center, Room 86), Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. Checks should be made out to "Marywood University" and designated "flood relief."

Donate Much Needed Supplies

Bottled Water Drive

Now through November 4, donate a bottle of water at the Main Dining Hall, Study Grounds (in the library), or the Atrium (in the McGowan Center). Chartwells will donate one bottle for every three that are donated. Put your Pacer Points to good use next time you dine!

On November 4, anyone who would like to help deliver the water can meet at 1:30 p.m. at the Atrium. Water will be donated to Interfaith Friends in Tunkhannock.

Other Needs

Marywood is accepting donations of items being requested by people in flooded areas. Each week, we'll deliver donated supplies to a neighborhood in need. Items can be dropped off at Campus Ministry (Swartz Center, Room 137).
