The Good Samaritans Ministry: Service at the Holy Family Residence
Our goal is to model the parable of "The Good Samaritan", which portrays the Golden Rule: treat others as you want to be treated. Our focus is at Holy Family Residence, which is located right on campus across from McGowan. Holy Family is the home to those usually overlooked in our society and in need of people who are willing to take the time out of their busy lives to show they care.
These multiple volunteer opportunities are a fun and easy way to bring students closer with the elderly residents of Holy Family. Volunteer your time at one or more of the following events!
Tuesday, February 14th @ 2:00pm - Valentine's Day Bingo
Thursday, February 23rd @ 2:00pm - Painting nails for Senior Prom
Friday, February 24th @ 6:00pm - Senior Prom
