Marywood University is rooted in a long-standing tradition of service to local, national and international communities, as well as a commitment to preparing students for informed service and progressive leadership.  The Maxis-Gillet Service Award embodies this commitment to service and leadership.  A total of twenty (20) $2,500 Maxis-Gillet Awards are offered annually to full-time undergraduate students, including up to five (5) prospective first-year students who have demonstrated outstanding service and leadership and desire to sustain that commitment while at Marywood.
