"Let's Be Friends: God, Foreknowledge, and Freedom"

Is it possible to act freely if God knows the future? We typically think that in order for a choice to be free, we must have the ability to act otherwise. But if God knows what choice we will make--and God's beliefs can never be wrong--then we couldn't possibly make any choice besides the one God already knows we will make. How, then, can we be free?
This talk will put forward a solution to this problem based on a controversial view of God's omniscience (it's called Molinism). It will also cover some inadequacies in alternative solutions, like divine timelessness and the view that God doesn't know the future (open theism). Please come and join the discussion!
