Anxiety Screening Day

The Psychological Services Center, in cooperation with the Student Development and Counseling Center, will offer free anxiety screenings to students, faculty, staff, and the general public. No appointment is necessary. The screening usually takes 10-20 minutes.
While we all know that stress in our lives is inevitable, we often forget that stress has a cumulative effect on our well being, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
No one need suffer in silence. We can help!
