Bookstore Return Policy

- Your return must always be accompanied with the sales receipt to verify when the purchase was made*

- Merchandise must be returned in original purchase condition.

- Check purchases for refunds must wait 5-10 business days for the check to clear.

- 30 day return period for clothing and gift items.

- All textbooks in original condition may be returned from the start of the Fall and Spring terms

First week from start of semester 100% refund

- Summer textbook returns

100%, five day return at the start of each summer semester for books purchased for same semester.

DEADLINE, TEXTBOOKS MAY BE SOLD BACK AT THE CURRENT BUYBACK VALUE.

*We're sorry, but we cannot accept returns at any time for opened packages of pre-wrapped materials, paper backs/dictionaries, special orders, software, study aids, art supplies, paper, pads, newsprint & paints, personal items, or perishable food items.
