The University’s Psychological Services Center will hold an Eating Disorders Screening Day on Thursday, March 1, 2018, from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. Free, confidential, and anonymous screenings are open to the community on the first floor of the McGowan Building.
Other events planned for Eating and Body Awareness Week include:
*Power Zumba, February 27, 6 p.m., Latour Room, Nazareth Student Center. Celebrate your body and all it can do for you. Free reusable water bottles for all who attend, and refreshments provided including POWer snacks.
*Wellness Wednesday, February 28, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., Learning Commons. Learn about intuitive eating, enjoy refreshments, and enter for a chance to win prizes by making a self-care pledge.
*everyBODY empowereED, March 1, 7:30 p.m., Comerford Theater, Center for Natural and Health Sciences. Learn about eating disorders through conversations with those who have been battling the disease.
