MARYWOOD ART PORTFOLIO REVIEW DAY
It's official! On Friday, December 6, 2019 @ 10:00am-2:00pm, Marywood University's Art Department will be holding a FREE Portfolio Review Day for area high school juniors and seniors, veterans, adult learners, and anyone else applying to undergraduate programs who wish to have a Marywood Art Professor review their work prior to applying to any university to study art.
Note: Anyone who has already applied to Marywood can use this day as an opportunity to fulfill the Art Department portfolio review requirements by bringing their portfolio, submission checklist, and art essay to this event.

In addition to the portfolio review, visitors can tour our art facilities, explore our galleries, meet with current art majors and faculty, engage in art activities, ask questions about our Art program, and enjoy light refreshments. 10:00-2:00 PORTFOLIO REVIEWS
Sign up for a portfolio review time upon arrival. Each student will be granted 10-15 minutes for the review. Upon completion, all students will receive a review completion certificate with comments and suggestions.
10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 1:00 ART DEPARTMENT TOURS
Each hour on the hour, Art faculty will lead art department tours of our fantastic art facilities at the start of each hour. Tours begin on the 3rd floor of the Insalaco Center for Studio Arts. Meet next to the Pacer Horse sculpture on the 3rd floor at least 5 minutes prior to the start of the tour. If you'd also like a full campus tour on the same day between 10am-2pm, please contact Marywood Admissions at 570-348-6234 or YourFuture@marywood.edu to schedule that part of your visit.
10:00, 1:00 ADMISSIONS & FINANCIAL AID PRESENTATION
Attend an information session at 10am or 1pm with Marywood Admissions to learn more about the Admissions process and Financial Aid. This event will be presented in the Shields Center for Visual Arts, Room 136 (Building 13 on the campus map).
Refreshments, including a mix of seasonal whole fruit, fresh baked cookies, snack mix, and assorted candies along with your choice of coffee (regular & decaf), hot tea, or bottled water, will be served in the lobby of the Insalaco Center for Studio Arts. Additional food and drinks are available for purchase in our Learning Commons Café and Nazareth Cafeteria.
10:00-2:00 INFORMATION TABLE
Information about Marywood University and our Art Programs, such as handouts, flyers, information postcards, free pins and other takeaways, will be located on a table in the lobby of the Insalaco Center for Studio Arts. Please speak with the Art Faculty during this event about your specific questions about Marywood, art majors and minors, foundation year, study abroad, the Art Blog, internships, art opportunities, careers in the arts, or anything else you'd like to know. 11:00-1:00 ART ACTIVITY
Join us in the Printmaking and Fiber Arts studios on the 2nd floor of the Insalaco Center for Studio Arts for hands-on printmaking and button making art activities! No experience necessary. It's time to relax, play, create, and get to know other faculty, students, and visitors.
