Sargents Flowering Crabapple

Native to Japan. Small deciduous tree to 8' and twice as wide. Fragrant white flowers in May are very showy. Blooms heavily every other year. Small red fruit attracts birds. Prefers full sun and is quite tolerant to soil types.
