Alumni Referral Form

Instructions and Notes
  1. This form must be completed by both the Marywood Alumna/Alumnus and the undergraduate applicant.
  2. When this completed form is included with an application, the application fee of $30 will be waived.
  3. If the applicant is accepted to Marywood and enrolls as a full-time student seeking a first baccalaureate degree at Marywood, a $1,000 grant per year for four years will be approved upon matriculation. This program is available to students enrolling in undergraduate programs only.
  4. The form is not valid until the application for admission is received.
  5. Referrals will not be accepted after the application is received and processed in the Undergraduate Admissions Office.
